I am Niki Adams of Uniqi Productions - a wellness company
I started Uniqi Productions after I began making homemade and natural skincare due to my concern for the amount of chemicals commercial, mass produced skincare has and that we absorb through our skin. 7 kilos by the time we decide to leave for the astral plane! Ack!
I have always been in fitness as I am a former Olympic Athlete in the sport of Judo for Canada (my home and native land) and went on to a Corporate Wellness degree. I became a Swiss Ball instructor while still in Canada and then became a BNW Nordic Walking instructor since moving to the UK in 2001.
I started this fitness class as I saw the need for exercise and movement for the bigger bod. I can't understand how fitness and becoming someone else is their idea of healthy. And just because you are bigger, does not mean you can't move, or lack the desire to do so.
It really irks me that all fitness is aimed towards getting your 'YOU' to look like 'ME'. Well, I don't work that way.
Me....I want YOU to look like YOU. Don't be the next anything. Be the first you! And U (and me) are going to help you get there.
