This is a 12 week programme for those who are sick and tired of being sick & tired, and/or have had the misfortune of being injured.
This low to no impact fitness regime is suited for those who are looking to get into movement and exercise after a long sejourn, haven't ever been part of an exercise plan and think, "Hey! I should get my butt moving!" but don't know where to start.
Or maybe you have had an injury or you have certain joint problems. This will help strengthen your core muscles and lay the foundation fitness needed to well....just make life easier really.

A 1996 Canadian Judo Olympian and Pan-American and Canadian Judo Champion, Niki went on to be a Corporate Wellness Coordinator at Nokia Canada and American Express Canada. It was then that she went on a quest to find body weight workouts that supported fitness for all levels and sizes that could deliver a cardio workout as well and strengthening, along with being progressive and fun. She found all this with the Swiss Ball. Now based in the UK, she is ready to share a wellness programme fit for all levels.
